According to Ivana Adami, mother of Simone Secchi who has made wine-making his vocation since 1990 “A wine’s personality always derives from the soil the sun and the air. It is not something you can build”. Simone’s exceptional regional grapes are: Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Pignolo, Refosco, Francona. He also produces: Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Bianco, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
